Terms & Conditions

1.1 To register and use the 89bet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable Philippine law, regulation, or court order.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on the 89bet platform.

1.2 89 bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (SSS, UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.

1.3 Where 89bet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in clause 1.1, 89bet may immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance therein, and request supporting documentation. Accounts confirmed to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned minus any winnings derived from gameplay during the ineligible period.

2.1 To access the full range of 89bet services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 89bet platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. 89bet will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify 89bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.4 89bet reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or internal risk management policy, without obligation to provide a reason.

3.1 89bet accepts deposits via the following Philippine-localised payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may be adjusted by 89bet at any time and will be communicated within the cashier interface.

3.2 All funds deposited into your 89bet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. 89bet targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 60 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.4 89bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed internal threshold amounts or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse. During any such review, the relevant funds may be temporarily frozen without prior notice to the player.

3.5 Currency on the 89bet platform is denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees associated with cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are borne solely by the player.

4.1 89bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.

4.2 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

4.3 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited:

• Claiming the same promotion more than once, whether through a single account or multiple accounts.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across accounts or with third-party services to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Using bonus funds on games that 89bet has explicitly excluded from wagering contribution, as noted in individual promotion terms.
• Registering a new account solely for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus without genuine gameplay intent.

4.4 89bet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. All such decisions are final.

5.1 All games offered on the 89bet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer outcomes and are subject to independent testing and verification by the relevant game providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel.

5.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in a player's account and the result recorded in 89bet's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record and shall prevail for all purposes including the settlement of disputes.

5.3 Disconnections and technical faults during a game round do not automatically void the round. Where a game round was initiated and documented in server records prior to disconnection, the round result stands as recorded. 89bet is not liable for losses arising from a player's own internet connection issues.

5.4 89bet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software fault, or data corruption that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without human intervention.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds of illegal origin in contravention of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 89bet staff or other players through any in-platform communication channel.

7.1 89bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming on the 89bet platform is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to treat gaming as a leisure activity, not as a source of income.

7.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 89bet players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify players after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed without requiring contact with support.
• Wager and Loss Limits: Caps on total wagers or losses within a defined time period.

8.2 By registering on 89bet, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service communications.

8.3 89bet implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect player data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and 89bet cannot warrant the absolute security of data transmitted by players.

9.1 All content on the 89bet platform — including but not limited to the 89bet name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 89bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 89bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 89bet content without express prior written consent.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of 89bet intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property laws.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 89bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

10.2 89bet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 89bet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 89bet is not responsible for any third-party payment provider delays, outages, or errors affecting deposit or withdrawal processing times. 89bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve payment issues in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific processing timeframes that depend on third-party systems.

11.1 89bet may suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 89bet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• 89bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The player has engaged in conduct that 89bet reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

11.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 89bet customer support via in-app live chat. Account closure requests do not affect any outstanding settlement obligations owed by the player to 89bet.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 89bet's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.3 89bet's internal dispute resolution process requires players to first submit a formal complaint in writing to 89bet customer support. 89bet will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information. Players who are unsatisfied with 89bet's final decision may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority.

12.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 89bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
